Cookies and external services

Browsing and our content

The restaurant website includes no first-party analytics or advertising. Photographs, films and fonts are served from the website itself. Links to Glovo, Google Maps and Instagram do not load their content while you browse LACAN.

CoverManager bookings

The embedded calendar is an external service which may load measurement technology alongside the technology needed to book. We therefore wait for your choice before loading it. You can accept the calendar, decline activation or book by phone. Opening the provider in another tab lets you consult its own terms and options directly.

Your privacy preference

The browser’s local storage key lacan.covermanager.v1 remembers your choice for up to 180 days, solely to manage your preference about the external calendar. Once accepted, calendars may be prepared in the background and remain loaded during that visit, so opening the booking window does not require downloading them again.

Changing your choice

Use “Privacy preferences” to withdraw your choice. This removes the saved preference and the calendars from the page. It does not automatically delete cookies already stored by CoverManager or other providers on their domains. You can delete or block them in your browser’s privacy settings.

Provider information

Read CoverManager’s cookie policy and privacy policy. Calendar technology, providers and retention periods may change. Any future analytics or advertising added to LACAN must be reviewed before activation.
