We handle enquiries, reservations and customer service relating to your visit. Online bookings are processed through CoverManager, while delivery orders are placed on the external Glovo platform. This version of the website includes no first-party marketing forms, advertising or analytics.
Legal basis
Enquiries and bookings are handled where necessary to take steps before providing a service or to perform the service relationship, as applicable. Some data may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Where consent is required, it will be requested specifically and may be withdrawn without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Retention
Information is kept for as long as needed to respond to your request or provide the service, and, where applicable, for the periods required by legal obligations and potential legal claims.
Recipients and external services
Service providers may process information as needed for their role and in accordance with applicable rules. CoverManager provides the booking service. Your rights

Additional identity information will only be requested where necessary. You may also withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.

Information you provide and browsing
When booking or contacting us, you may provide identification and contact details, the date, time, party size and information needed to deal with your request. Required fields are marked in the provider’s form; without them, a booking may not be possible. The hosting service receives technical data, such as IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the website.
Providers and international transfers
The website is hosted through Raiola Networks and bookings are handled through CoverManager. Providers may use subprocessors and technology services under their contracts. CoverManager describes its processing and applicable safeguards in its privacy policy. You may also ask LACAN for information about the providers involved in handling your booking. Glovo, Google Maps and Instagram provide their services under their own policies when you follow their links.
Automated decisions and marketing
This website does not use automated decisions with legal effects or create its own advertising profiles. Booking or making an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Any future marketing subscription will require a specific, separate choice.
Responding to rights requests
We respond within the statutory period, normally one month. If an extension is applicable, we will explain why. Requests are free except where the law provides otherwise. Please do not send a full identity document unless we request it for a justified reason.
